For vocational qualifications, OCR can provide replacement certificates in the cases described below. All requests should be sent to the following address:

Before certificates are issued, centres should check that candidates’ details are correct. Requests to correct spelling mistakes should be sent, along with the original certificate, to the address given above.
Centres should make requests for certificate replacements on centre-headed paper to the address given above.
Candidates should use the application form which can be downloaded from the Learners and Parents area of the website.
Requests for replacements for damaged certificates should be made in writing to the address given above.
Unfortunately, there is a minority of people who make a living from selling certificate forgeries. In terms of the number of certificates produced and distributed to students each year, the issue thankfully remains small.
However, if you suspect fraudulent activities, please contact the police in the first instance. For further advice, contact the OCR Customer Contact Centre.
