All enquiries should be made via Interchange. You will need either the Centre Administrator (GQ) or Post Result Full Access (GQ) role to be able to access the relevant areas.

If you have requested a Service 3 review of moderation, only candidates who have been affected after the review will be listed in this section.
If you didn't request a copy of the reviewed script as part of your service 1, service 2 or priority service 2 enquiry, but you are unhappy with the outcome, you can still email our results team to make a request: Result.Enquiries@ocr.org.uk.
You’ll need to provide your centre number, plus the candidate and unit number for the script you're requesting.
The script will be made available via Interchange within 10 calendar days.
The script you request will contain annotations added by the examiner. To find out more about understanding these, see our script annotation page.
If you still have questions after you have received your copy of the reviewed script, you can ask us to confirm why the reviewer decided on the outcome that was issued to you. To make a request, email us at Result.Enquiries@ocr.org.uk.
The outcomes of individual units will be added to Interchange as soon as they’re available. This means your certification result will not be updated until all the outcomes are available. If the certification result has not been updated, this is stated at the bottom of the screen when you view the outcome of your enquiry. (If there is no statement, the enquiry is complete.)
