I want to
For general qualifications and Cambridge Nationals, it's possible to request early certificates, unit certificates or cumulative statements of results by responding to the email sent to you by our Results Team in June:
If you're planning to use certificates at award evenings then early certificates for GCSE and/or Entry Level Certificates can be requested. This service is not available for new or legacy AS Levels, A Levels, Level 2 Award, Level 1/2 Certificate, Principal Learning or Cambridge Nationals qualifications.
The earliest date on which certificates can be provided to centres is 15 September.
You can opt-in to receive unit certificates free of charge in addition to qualification certificates for AS/A Level (legacy unitised qualifications only), Level 3 Principal Learning and Cambridge Nationals only.
Unit certificates are sent to arrive with the main certificates despatch.
Cumulative statements of results (CSRs) contain details of current and previous results for qualifications that have been sat in the current series.
If you have candidates taking new linear AS/A Level qualifications, their CSR will include their overall certification grade for any new qualifications, but will not show component marks.
Cumulative statements of results are sent to arrive with the main certificates despatch.
For Cambridge Technicals (2016 suite), unlike for the 2012 suite, unit certificates are not automatically issued.
However, a unit certificate can be provided upon request for those candidates who do not achieve a full award. These are free of charge for the first 2 years following the original qualification entry.
If you would like to request a unit certificate, email Ops.VRQTeam@ocr.org.uk with the candidate name, number and entry code.
