Senior Assessors
Senior Assessors fulfil an important role in the assessment process. Their responsibilities include:
- Setting and scrutinising question papers, mark schemes and internal assessment criteria.
- Leading standardisation processes.
- Preparing exemplar materials and guidance documents.
- Providing guidance and support on matters of good practice in sector/subject areas.

- Save the Assessor application form onto your computer using your name as the filename.
- If applicable complete the appropriate task ensuring that it is clearly labelled with your name.
- Save the task onto your computer using your name followed by 'task' as the filename.
- Email your completed application and task if applicable to SeniorRecruitment@ocr.org.uk.
- Forward the Reference request form (Word, 81 Kb) to your chosen referee.
