These FAQs explain the delivery and collection services provided for assessors.
If you experience any problems with deliveries of scripts, coursework, controlled assessments, or other candidate material by UPS or DHL you should email the details to: wsparcelqueries@ocr.org.uk. The support team will be glad to help resolve delivery problems for you.
When you need to send scripts, coursework, or controlled assessment material to other assessors, such as a Team Leader, you will use DHL's services, which are explained in the Assessor Courier Guide.
The instructions in the Guide will take you step-by-step through the different ways of using DHL to move assessment material.
This service is for the collection from centres and delivery to examiners of all GCSE, GCE, FSMQ, Principal Learning, Functional Skills and ELC unmarked scripts, externally marked coursework/controlled assessment and language CDs for general qualifications.
This secure delivery service is provided by Parcelforce Worldwide. The booklet, Secure Delivery of Exam Scripts: Information for Examiners, provides detailed information on the delivery service. Download the Secure Delivery of Exam Scripts: Information for Examiners booklet and familiarise yourself with the process.
