A formal complaint can be raised if:

We will respond to complaints within 20 working days.
Complaints relating to information requests from Finance Division, will be referred to another Corporate Board member for consideration.
If the Group Finance Director is unable to deal with a complaint (e.g. because of absence/illness) it will be handled by a Corporate Board member with no responsibility for the area covered by the original request.
Complainants have the right to complain directly to the Information Commissioner if they are dissatisfied with the outcome of the procedure.
