Customer Contact Centre
- We are available to talk to centres, learners and parents through our Customer Contact Centre for specialist advice when required.
- We provide information across OCR's products and services.
- We answer your enquires regarding general and vocational qualifications.
OCR Publications service
- We provide a wide range of support materials to customers, centres, parents and candidates which relate to our key qualifications including specifications, past papers, mark schemes, publications and promotional literature.
- Materials can be ordered through the Customer Contact Centre or on our website http://publications.ocr.org.uk and dedicated order line O870 770 6622.
Regional field-based teams
- Our regional field-based teams are available to respond to your needs, questions and concerns.
- We offer support and guidance to centres, local authorities and employers delivering our qualifications or who are looking to offer our qualifications in the future.
- We support our customers through changes in education policy.
- We provide network events to enable you to meet colleagues from other centres and share good practice.
Training services
- Our Training Services include briefings, update information services, development of assessment skills and qualifications related training.
- We offer a comprehensive training programme on matters relating to management, staff development, school issues and National Curriculum.
- Our Training Teams deliver training to teachers, centres and employers delivering our qualifications.
