Customer Contact Centre

  • We are available to talk to centres, learners and parents through our Customer Contact Centre for specialist advice when required.
  • We provide information across OCR's products and services.
  • We answer your enquires regarding general and vocational qualifications.

OCR Publications service

  • We provide a wide range of support materials to customers, centres, parents and candidates which relate to our key qualifications including specifications, past papers, mark schemes, publications and promotional literature.
  • Materials can be ordered through the Customer Contact Centre or on our website http://publications.ocr.org.uk and dedicated order line O870 770 6622.

Training services

  • Our training services include briefings, update information services, development of assessment skills and qualifications related training.
  • We offer a comprehensive training programme on matters relating to management, staff development, school issues and National Curriculum.
  • Our Training Teams deliver training to teachers, centres and employers delivering our qualifications.
