Traineeships is a new government-funded scheme in Wales to help unemployed young people aged 16-18 enter work or learning at a higher level.

We engage with Traineeships in a number of ways including:

• Provide you with a full Level 1 programme that meets DfES Traineeships requirements
• Give you advice on which QCF units are best-fit for your candidates
• Advise on funding
• Provide bespoke training to fit your entire Traineeships programme, not just for one qualification
• Help you provide progression routes to higher level qualifications
