Thinking of introducing e-portfolios into your centre?

If you are thinking of introducing e-portfolios for NVQs into your centre, we are keen to support you, please contact the e-assessment team. To help you along we have prepared a getting started with e-portfolio guide (PDF, 32Kb) to help you evaluate the e-portfolio products currently on the market.

We have made a list of some of the e-portfolio products* that meet the minimum OCR requirements. Select a product to go to the provider's site for more information.

NVQ e-portfolio providers

If you are an NVQ e-portfolio product provider and would like to join our list, please read our pre-evaluation checklist (PDF, 36Kb). If your product meets our minimum criteria you can email the e-portfolio team to request an e-portfolio evaluation. If your product passes our evaluation process, we will publicly reference your product on this site.

As part of our evaluation process we will appoint a consultant who will provide a report to us, based on:

• A visit to a centre currently using your e-portfolio product
• Discussions of your product with:
• • The centre staff
  • The candidates
  • The EV

We will provide feedback to you based on the consultant's findings. Please note that the full consultant's report will be confidential to OCR only. We charge a fee to recoup our costs for each evaluation, which is payable in advance.
