OCR offers e-tests for Award in Administration in Unit 1 at Levels 2 and 3.
Try our practice e-tests for Award in Administration.
All Award in Administration learners must be pre-registered with OCR before they can take an e-test. You can choose to register learners by using the NQF1 form or electronically via OCR Interchange.
Once your learners are pre-registered and your centre setup on the e-test system you can register your learners within minutes via the administration website. Tests can only be taken during the e-test session dates advertised in the Awards in Administration e-test timetable.
The first attempt at an Award in Administration e-test is charged in the Award in Administration registration fee. Additional attempts will be charged at the unit entry fee. Please see the fees list for latest prices.
Awards in Administration e-test sessions will be available in November 2008, April and June 2009. Please refer to the Awards in Administration e-test timetable for exact dates.
Learners who do not pass their e-test are able to retake a test but must wait for a subsequent session to do so.
Learners' results will be made available, providing their result file has been uploaded, on the dates advertised in the Awards in Administration e-test timetable. The results will be made available via the admin area of the e-test system and via OCR Interchange.
You can analyse e-test results and give feedback to learners on their performance once the results have been made available.
Learners who have passed their Award in Administration e-test will have certificates dispatched to their centre on the dates advertised in the Awards in Administration e-test timetable.
The installation software for the Awards in Administration e-test sessions will be made available to download once each academic year, as self extracting zip files, on the dates advertised in the Awards in Administration e-test timetable. The download will contain the tests for the November 2008, April and June 2009 e-test sessions plus practice tests.
To run offline tests from a memory stick mounted to the E:\ drive letter please download both the Examiner and Reloader configuration files - these are both .exe self-extracting files, and will need to be unzipped - and follow the Instructions for using USB Memory Sticks for Offline e-testing guide below.
