Approvals

To become approved to deliver Principles of Business and Administration tests simply complete the approval form and return it to OCR Operations in Coventry. In return you will receive instructions on how to access OCR's e-Testing system with your login details.

Registering Learners

As soon as your centre is approved and setup on OCR's e-Testing system you can register candidates, via the administration website.

Fees and invoices

The Principles of Business and Administration tests are charged at the unit entry fee. Please see the fees list for the latest prices. Your centre will be invoiced for each Principles of Business and Administration test taken.

Examination and administration dates

Principles of Business and Administration e-Test series will be available in November 2011, January and June 2012. Please refer to the Principles of Business and Administration e-Test timetable (PDF, 1 MB) for exact dates.

Learners who do not pass their e-Test are able to retake a test but must wait for a subsequent series to do so.

Results

Learners' results will be made available, providing their result file has been uploaded, on the dates advertised in the timetable. The results will be made available via the administration website and via OCR Interchange.

You can analyse e-Test results and give feedback to learners on their performance once the results have been made available.

Learners who have passed their Principles of Business and Administration e-Test will have certificates dispatched to their centre.

Software

The installation software for the Principles of Business and Administration e-Test series will be made available as a self extracting zip file, on the dates advertised in the timetable. The download will contain the tests for the June 2012 e-Test series plus practice tests.
