Approvals
To become approved to deliver Retail Knowledge tests simply complete the approval form and return it to OCR Operations in Coventry. In return you will receive instructions on how to access OCR's e-Testing system with your login details.

Registering learners
As soon as your centre is approved and setup on OCR's e-Testing system you can register candidates, via the administration website.

Fees and invoices
The Retail Knowledge tests are charged at the unit entry fee. Please see the fees list for the latest prices. Your centre will be invoiced for each Retail Knowledge test taken.

Examination and administration dates
Retail Knowledge tests will be available on-demand from December 2011.
For level 2 units there will be two tests allocated to centres each month providing learners with a resit opportunity in the same month if required.
For level 3 units there will be one test allocated to centres each month. Learners who do not pass their test can resit in the following month if required.

Results
For level 2 units the tests will be auto marked enabling tutors to give learners feedback on their performance within minutes of them completing their test.
For level 3 units the results will be available three weeks after the end of the calendar month.
The results will be made available via the administration website and via OCR Interchange. For successful attempts the certificates will be dispatched directly to the learner's centre.

Software
The installation software for the Retail Knowledge tests is available to download in two self extracting zip files, below. Each Zip file contains the live and practice tests for level 2 and 3 units for the specific delivery option.

The Retail Knowledge 2011/12 Offline V2 self extracting zip file contains the offline option of the e-testing software for the Retail Knowledge tests to be used from May 2012. The offline option of the software also includes the offline configuration files for memory sticks mounted to the E:\, F:\ or H:\ drive letters. - Retail Knowledge 2011/12 SNA V2

The Retail Knowledge 2011/12 SNA V2 self extracting zip file contains the SNA option of the e-testing software for the Retail Knowledge tests to be used from May 2012.

The Retail Knowledge 2011/12 QDB V2 self extracting zip file contains the test content for the version 2 release to be used from May 2012.
