Centres are reminded that the Code of Practice requires all candidates to confirm that the work they submit for assessment is their own. Each candidate is required to sign a declaration before submitting their coursework to their subject teachers to confirm that the work is their own. It is also a requirement that teachers confirm to the awarding body that all of the work submitted for assessment was completed under the required conditions and that they are satisfied that the work is solely that of the individual candidate(s).
OCR has provided two forms which may be used for these purposes.
For General Qualifications, generic Answer Booklets in 4, 8 and 16 page formats are supplied by OCR for use with relevant question papers. The front cover of these question papers will state whether a 4, 8 or 16 page Answer Booklet is required, in the grey box under the heading of 'OCR Supplied Materials'.
Where a designated Answer Booklet is to be used for a particular question paper, this will be stated on the front cover of that question paper, in the grey box under the heading of 'OCR Supplied Materials'. The designated Answer Booklets must be used for that question paper.
