Prize draw terms and conditions

  1. The prize draw is open to UK residents aged 18 and over excluding employees of OCR and Cambridge Assessment.
  2. No purchase is necessary.
  3. All those completing the form by Tuesday 1 May 2012 will be automatically entered into the prize draw.
  4. If you would like to enter the prize draw without providing an email address please write your name, address and telephone number on a plain piece of paper and send it to OCR, Customer Admin Support Team, 1 Hills Road, Cambridge CB1 2EU.
  5. The email addresses supplied will not be used for any purpose other than the prize draw or as detailed in the body of the survey.
  6. All entries must be received by Tuesday 1 May 2012 to be eligible.
  7. The winner will be the first entry drawn at random from all those received by Tuesday 1 May 2012. The entry will be drawn by an independent person and will take place on Friday 4 May 2012. The result is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  8. The winner(s) will be notified by email within 7 days and will be given further details of how to receive their prize.
  9. The prize is a £50 Amazon voucher.
  10. The winner may be required to participate in future publicity for OCR or Cambridge Assessment.
  11. OCR reserves the right to select an alternative winner should the drawn entry prove invalid for any reason or should the winner not respond to contact.
  12. The prize is as stated and no cash alternative is available.
  13. The winner's name will be available from the OCR offices for a period of 2 weeks from Friday 4 May 2012. Please send a SAE to OCR, Customer Admin Support Team, 1 Hills Road, Cambridge CB1 2EU requesting the winner's name(s).
  14. OCR reserves the right to withdraw, amend or suspend this promotion in the event of any unforeseen circumstances outside of its reasonable control with no liability to the entrants, the winner or any third party.
  15. These terms and conditions are governed by English Law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
  16. Entrants are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions by entering the prize draw.
