The scheme provides bursaries to students from the West Midlands to help them make the most of their opportunity of studies at Cambridge University. The fund for the scheme arises out of our historical association with the West Midlands examination board.
The scheme gives students bursaries of £3,000 per annum for the lifetime of their undergraduate studies. Bursaries will be awarded to up to ten students. Applicants may choose whether the bursary is used for living costs or tuition fees or a combination of both.
The OCR Bursary Scheme for 2017/2018 is now open and the nomination form is available below.
Candidates should apply when they have been offered a place on a full-time undergraduate degree course at Cambridge University.
Closing date for receipt of nomination forms is Tuesday 16 May 2017.
