Conditions for centres and publishers
Copyright restrictions apply to the use of past papers. Centres do not need to apply for copyright clearance for past papers to be:
- Downloaded and printed for internal purposes within centres for examination preparation and private study
- Stored electronically on an intranet or internal virtual learning environment.
Centres wishing to publish past papers (or any other OCR materials) on a website or in hard copy externally, must apply for permission in writing from OCR.
Publishers must also apply in writing for permission to reproduce any OCR materials.
For more information about OCR qualifications, or to apply for permission to reproduce OCR materials, please email us:
Paper availability
Where third-party copyright clearance has not been received for items such as photos, published extracts or audio files, some papers may not be available online or will have specific content removed.
Copyright acknowledgement booklets
The acknowledgements for the use of third-party copyright material can be found in the booklets published for each exam series from the June 2009 exam series.
