From the June 2011 series, all GCE subjects will be available in Active Results. Our portfolio of available GCSE qualifications is also continuing to expand. See the PDF below for a list of all the qualifications available through the active resultsActive Results service:
Candidate marks or grades that are amended after the issue of provisional results are not currently reflected in Active Results. For up-to-date information of results, please refer to the results pages and statement of results reports in OCR Interchange
You can analyse the data using filters such as gender or ethnicity, where available. You can then print or save the reports in several formats such as .xls, or PDF files. You can also save report templates to a personal 'my reports' area.
Reports can be produced analysing results at specification, unit and individual candidate levels. Where applicable reports provide both numeric and graphical analysis and allow question level results data to be reviewed.
Active Results lets you know what's going on behind the grades. You can see trends across cohorts, and at individual candidate level, which helps you identify best practice, and how you can personalise learning and advice to candidates on things like re-sits or progression.
Active Results is available free via OCR's extranet service Interchange. The Interchange co-ordinator in your centre will need to ensure you have a login which has the tutor/teacher role.
No, this is a service delivered through Interchange, and it is up to the individual teacher or centre to decide whether to share the information with learners.
