OCR offers the following services for learners:

  • Certifying statements (14-19 Qualifications) or replacement certificates (Vocational Qualifications) for candidates who have lost their original results certificates.
  • Certifying statement of results may also be supplied with Authentication by a Notary Public and the Foreign and Commonwealth Office.

Certifying statements (14-19 Qualifications)

Certifying statements are accepted by universities, colleges and employers as verification of results.

The following application form may be used to obtain certifying statements of results for qualifications including AEA, Asset Languages, CEE, CSE, Entry Level Certificate, FSMQ, GCE A/AS Level, GCE O Level, GCSE, GNVQ (post 2001), STEP and VCE.

Replacement certificates (Vocational Qualifications)

For OCR vocational qualifications (including GNVQ completed prior to June 2001 and former RSA examinations), please complete and return the relevant form below. It is important to complete the correct form:

Verify the results of an individual

If third party organisations wish to verify the results of an individual, they should contact the OCR Customer Contact Centre for an application form. Note that learners cannot apply for this service (although they will be asked to sign the application form).
