Diplomas to be debated at event Tuesday 17 April 2007

OCR is teaming up with The House Magazine to organise a conference entitled Delivering the Diploma: Where We Are Now and Where We Need To Get To.

Diplomas, which will be available from 2008, will be debated at the event on Tuesday 26 June.

Delegates will be drawn from all sectors of the education community. Issues to be covered include delivery timescales, the role of local authorities, funding and resource implications and appropriate training and support for centres.

The event is one in a series of regular Westminster Briefings which seek to provide a forum for debate on key issues with leading figures from within Westminster, Whitehall and the wider education community.
