OCR reputation and performance tracking survey – Have your say! Monday 24 September 2007

We are undertaking our annual reputation and performance tracking survey from the 24 September - 23 November 2007 in order to get your views on how we are performing and what we could do to as an awarding body to better serve our existing and potential customers.

We have commissioned an independent research consultancy, Nunwood, to conduct this research on our behalf, and all information gathered will be entirely confidential; no names will be passed back to OCR or any other third party. Nunwood will be contacting various personnel within schools, colleges and other organisations via the telephone to ask for your views on OCR and how we can improve our service. The survey is an important means by which OCR can assess what we need to do to improve and we would therefore like to encourage you to take part wherever possible.
