New telephone system for OCR customers Tuesday 06 November 2007

A new telephony system for the OCR Customer Contact Centre (CCC) has now gone live.

This means that anyone calling into the CCC will experience a new call routing system. This will help to direct customer calls to the most experienced advisor that is available.

We appreciate how valuable specialist contact is and these changes do not remove this service.

The CCC will continue to provide telephone coverage when subject teams and operational teams are not available. Calls will still be routed to specialists within the business where necessary.

This department is the first point of contact for all of OCR's customers regarding general qualifications, including GCSE, A Level and AEA.
