The course covers themes of sensitivity, confidentiality, communication skills and care for vulnerable people, giving students transferable skills for work in relevant sectors. It has been developed in partnership with industries, colleges and universities with the aim of giving young people the skills, knowledge and understanding that employers need in the modern workplace.
