Our customers are being quizzed about how we're performing as an awarding body – and what we can do to better serve them.
Independent research consultancy Nunwood is contacting randomly selected customers to seek their views, as part of our annual reputation and performance tracking study.
Leading the project is OCR's Rob Linsdell who explained: "We're very keen to encourage our customers to take part in this research as it provides us with vital information about how we can improve the service we offer.
"If you are contacted as part of this research, you can rest assured that your answers will be entirely confidential and no names will be passed back to OCR or any third party."
