To commemorate its 150th anniversary, Cambridge Assessment is reproducing a book of the first school examination papers taken by the first 370 candidates in December 1858.

As well as the Junior and Senior examination papers the book includes examination regulations, an examination timetable and list of Examiners and Syndics, as well as the First Annual Report of the Syndicate which was originally published in May 1859.

The introduction comprises a selection of comments written by current examiners and subject officers of various disciplines.

The book is now on sale through OCR Publications for £3.50 plus £3.50 postage and packing.
