Our Customer Admin Support Team (CAST) runs specialist training courses throughout the country for Exams Officers in need of further support and training.

The courses listed below are designed for those with little or no experience. They are free of charge and open to everyone.

Ad hoc training courses

Using OCR Interchange with confidence

If you are new to Interchange, want to know how to get the most out of it, or just need to get to grips with a new development, then get in touch. This training works best if delegates have access to computers and can log into Interchange, but the training can still be delivered without this!
