    Our Customer Admin Support Team (CAST) runs specialist training courses throughout the country for Exams Officers in need of further support and training.

    All events are free of charge and are available on a local, ad hoc basis. All we need is five or more interested delegates in your area and a host centre with a suitable room.

      • This training covers all aspects of the admin process, helping you put OCR Nationals into action with confidence.

    • QCF Qualifications: get started - getting to grips with the administration

      • Find out how to administer our QCF qualifications.

    • Functional Skills: understanding the admin

      • The course covers all aspects of the admin process.

    • New GCSEs: understanding the rules and regulations

      • A comprehensive look at the rules and regulations relating to the new GCSEs, including the terminal, re-sit and certification rules. We provide plenty of scenarios and examples to help you get to grips with these regulations. Why not bring your teachers along to this training?

    • Using OCR Interchange with confidence

      • If you are new to Interchange, want to know how to get the most out of it, or just need to get to grips with a new development, then get in touch. This training works best if delegates have access to computers and can log into Interchange, but the training can still be delivered without this!

    Training from the Department of Education (DfE)

    If you're brand new to exams admin and need some help getting to grips with the basics, the DfE exams officer induction programme and training events could be for you. Designed to support exams officers during their first year in post, the courses offer a general overview of exams admin across all awarding bodies.
