Invoicing

Registered centres can be invoiced for orders by quoting their centre number and official order number. From 1st September 2007 there is no minimum order value applied to publications orders.

Invoicing queries

Queries relating to the non-delivery of items for which you have been invoiced should be made by contacting the Order line within ten days of invoice date.

Payment

All other orders (not to be invoiced) must be paid for in advance by Credit/Debit card* or cheque, made payable to OCR Publications.
*Please note we do not accept Electron cards.

All cheques must be sent with a corresponding order form to the Mail Order address listed above, not to the Cambridge Assessment /OCR Finance department.

VAT is included where applicable.

Postage and packing

Postage and Packing for UK Mainland is charged as follows:

Availability of items

Not all items are available to order from 01/09/08. For the availability of Question Papers and Mark Schemes please see page 6 of the publications catalogue or view the product availability dates page on the OCR website. Orders placed for new items before the stated availability date will not be processed and will need to be re-ordered after the stated availability date. These dates are approximate timescales and orders placed for new items will be despatched as soon as stock is available.

Please note that past papers are subject to copyright and as such some papers listed in the catalogue may not be offered for sale. For a more up to date list of materials not available for sale please check the electronic catalogue throughout the year.

Despatch of orders

Orders will normally be despatched within 3-5 working days of receipt, subject to stock availability. Please note standard and next day deliveries are made on working days only (not weekends or bank holidays). Queries regarding the despatch or non-receipt of orders must be made to OCR Publications within ten days of order date.

Next day delivery service

Please note standard and next day deliveries are made on working days only (not weekends or bank holidays).

A next working day service is available, provided that orders are received by 12.30pm. Next day service is for within the UK only.

Returns

Queries regarding defects or shortages must be made to OCR Publications within 28 days of the order date.

Authorisation to return or exchange goods must be obtained from OCR Publications before goods are returned. Please telephone 0870 770 6622 for advice.

Returns will only be accepted for refund where OCR Publications have supplied incorrectly, or the goods have been received damaged or faulty.

OCR cannot accept any responsibility for and/or refund/credit any orders incorrectly placed by customers - please see paragraphs below for the Exchange policy.

Exchanges will only be accepted where the materials are returned in original condition within seven days of customer receipt, following authorisation from OCR Publications to return the goods.

Please note postage and packing of exchange items will be charged to the customer unless specified by OCR at the point of exchange request.

All products are returned at the customer's risk and OCR Publications accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage. Products returned should be adequately packaged.

General notes

OCR is not in a position to send inspection copies of any items listed in the publications catalogue.

OCR does not conduct classes in preparation for any of its examinations and no advice can be given about the choice of courses or textbooks. The content of these pages are correct at the time of going live, however qualification information is subject to change.
