This course is designed to allow students to cover all the major areas of psychology. This approach provides the opportunity to study the subject in depth while retaining breadth and balance. The course focuses essentially on the development of psychological skills, as well as the learning of psychological knowledge. Throughout the course, students gain an insight into the connections between different fields, areas and topics in psychology.
This course is aimed at those wanting to develop their interest in psychological skills and psychological knowledge.
Previous study of Psychology is not essential. However, students should have achieved GCSE grade C or above or equivalent in, either Mathematics or English, in order to deal with the exams and coursework, and the necessary numeracy skills for the practical work that the course requires.
