Free online learner training from OCR and Virtual College's Apprenticeship e-Academy
The smart way to deliver Apprenticeships
To support the delivery of OCR Apprenticeships, we've teamed up with Virtual College to bring you a range of online resources from their Apprenticeship e-Academy.
The great thing about being an OCR centre is that these resources are provided free of charge.
The resources enable learners to undertake their training online, which provides benefits such as:
- Flexibility
- Minimal paperwork
- A reduction in costly face-to-face time
- Easy and accurate tracking of students’ progress.
A great range of modules
Modules are all part of the Apprenticeship e-Academy's Foundation Portfolio and cover these areas:
- Apprenticeship Induction
- Employment Rights and Responsibilities
- Equality and Diversity in the Workplace
- Learner Charter
- Introduction to Health and Safety
- Personal, Learning and Thinking Skills
Two of these modules - Employment Rights and Responsibilities and Personal, Learning and Thinking Skills are core components of an Apprenticeship framework.

How to access the resources
OCR registered centre - log into your Interchange account and follow the link to the Apprenticeship e-Academy registration page.
Non-OCR registered centre - if you'd like to start delivering OCR Apprenticeships with a view to accessing the free resources, visit Interchange for details of how to register for an account.
