Overview

Available at Levels 1, 2 and 3, the Diploma in Engineering opens up the wide range of employment opportunities that exist in each of engineering's specialist sectors. Learners have the chance to develop their knowledge and understanding of engineering through a range of ‘real life' activities.

Course aim

The OCR Diploma in Engineering aims to:

  • Develop a broad understanding and knowledge of engineering sectors, as well as a range of skills relevant to those areas
  • Encourage learners to deepen and extend their learning into specialist areas
  • Strengthen each learner's generic learning skills.
