      • Important information on controlled assessment

        • Controlled assessment materials for GCSE specifications are available to download from Interchange.

      • Reminder of changes from September 2012

        • Last year the Government confirmed that unitised GCSEs, will be replaced by linear assessment for all candidates starting a two-year course from September 2012. Find out more about the changes.

          In addition to these changes we have also made some additional amendments to improve the structure of the assessment to meet the new requirements. 

          Important information on Controlled Assessment

          Controlled assessment materials for GCSE specifications are available to download from Interchange. Controlled Assessments for unitised specifications are still valid for linear specifications.

    The great thing about our improved Design and Technology GCSEs is that they bring a fresh approach to the subject, making them easier to teach and more enjoyable for learners. Please note that the specification and specimen assessment materials are applicable to both the Short Course and Full Course.
