Overview

This NVQ is aimed at candidates who are in work roles where they analyse intelligence and information in order to give direction to others. It is suitable for Police Officers, Police staff and staff in other agencies where intelligence is analysed.

This includes intelligence analysts working in both the public and private sectors. The qualification is also relevant for analysts who develop intelligence on the activities of individuals and also for those who analyse specific areas, patterns and trends.
