Overview

The OCR NVQ Level 3 in Police Supervisory Management has been designed for the more experienced officer who has responsibility for the work of others.

The units included within this NVQ define the skills required to plan and manage a group of officers. It will typically be suitable for Sergeants and Detective Sergeants.

Officers from many ranks will find their skills represented in the units of this NVQ. These units may be used for personal development, giving the officers the opportunity to prove personal competence in specific roles.
