This course is designed to develop an awareness of the nature and significant importance of design and technology in a changing society. It enables students to develop their application of knowledge, skills and understanding of food technology. This qualification will assess achievement at levels 1, 2 and 3 of the National Curriculum. Students may progress to employment or Foundation Level courses.
