OCR Essential Skills Wales suite of qualifications replaces the Key Skills and Basic Skills qualifications in Wales. These single unit qualifications are available from Entry Level to Level 3 in the skills of Application of Number, Communication and ICT.

Overview

This new suite of qualifications is based on Essential Skills Wales standards produced by DCELL.The new standards have been developed by converging and drawing on best practice from the standards for Adult Literacy, Adult Numeracy and Adult ICT, and the standards for Key Skills Communication, Application of Number and ICT.
