Printouts in either colour or black and white are acceptable; the important point is that printouts are clear so the examiner is able to mark them.

Data files must be made available to each learner attempting the assessment. It is up to the centre how this is done, the important thing being that each learner has access to the original data files (i.e. not altered by another learner, or converted to a different file format) and can save / print out documents as instructed.
We don’t specify software packages that learners should use although software used should have the functionality to carry out the requirements of the specification.
