Mandatory (But there is a choice of 4 briefs)	G321: Foundation Portfolio Candidates produce two paired media artefacts from a series of briefs.	Coursework AS - 50% A Level - 25%
Mandatory	G322 or G323: Key Media Concepts (either radio drama or television drama) Candidates gain an understanding of textual analysis, representation, institutions and audiences.	2hr exam AS - 50% A Level - 25%

For A2 Level

Mandatory (But there is a choice of 13 briefs)	G324: Advanced Portfolio in Media Candidates engage with contemporary media technologies to produce a media portfolio.	Coursework A Level - 25%
Mandatory (There is a choice of one from six units in section B)	G325: Critical Perspectives in Media Candidates cover Theoretical Evaluation of Production alongside a study of contemporary media issues.	2hr exam A Level - 25%
