What are the major changes to this specification?

This specification will essentially remain the same apart from the changes stipulated by QCA.

At AS level, why have the two English Legal System units, and at A2 level, why have the two substantive law units been merged together?

This will allow for more integrated teaching and allow candidates a better and more holistic appreciation of the English Legal System and the chosen area of substantive law.

Why has the English Legal System question been removed from the Special Study units?

Is there any coursework?

No. All assessment is by written examination.
