Overview

This scheme provides a complete route of progression through the various strands of mathematics, from AS Level, through to the first year of university work. This scheme is designed to meet the needs of a wide range of candidates. Distance learning tutoring is available for a limited number of students who would not otherwise have access to Maths or Further Maths.

Benefits

• The Maths and Further Maths can be taught concurrently from the start of year 12.
• Coursework (worth 18 marks) in three units only
• Re-sit rule disappears.
• Reduction in the number of allowed specification titles.
