Unit A267: ICT Skills for Business and Communication Systems

Unit description	Assessment incl. duration	Weighting
Develop knowledge, understanding and practical skills needed to maintain and use business communication systems based on standard office software.	Practical examination 1 hour	25%

 

Assessment objectives

The assessment objectives are designed to reflect the non-statutory guidelines for Business and Communications Systems.

Learners are expected to demonstrate the following in the context of the content described:

Recall, select and communicate their knowledge and understanding of concepts, issues and terminology.

Apply skills, knowledge and understanding in a variety of contexts and in planning and carrying out investigations and tasks.
