Now Available - QCF Qualifications and Apprenticeships in Contact Centre Operations

The NVQs (NQF) in Contact Centre Operations (03447 and 03448) and for Contact Centre Professionals (03449, 03450 and 03451) are no longer available for new registrations. They have been replaced by the following qualifications on the QCF:

NVQs:
OCR NVQ Level 1 Award in Contact Centre Operations (10263) OCR NVQ Level 1 Certificate in Contact Centre Operations (10264) OCR NVQ Level 2 Certificate in Contact Centre Operations (10265) OCR NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Contact Centre Operations (10268) OCR NVQ Level 4 Diploma in Contact Centre Operations (10269)

Knowledge certificates:
OCR Level 2 Certificate in Principles of Contact Centre Operations (10266) OCR Level 3 Certificate in Principles of Contact Centre Operations (10267)

The NVQs (10265 and 10268) and knowledge certificates (10266 and 10267) at Level 2 and Level 3 are also components of the SASE and SASW compliant Apprenticeships in Contact Centre Operations for England and Wales.
