The OCR NVQ Level 4 in Policing has been designed for the more experienced officer. The units included within this NVQ define the more complex duties of the uniformed officer's role. Officers from many ranks will find their skills represented in the units of this NVQ. These units may be used for personal development, giving the opportunity to prove personal competence in specific roles.
