Please note that as of 31 December 2009, this qualification has expired for registrations. Certification remains open until 31 December 2011.
OCR will not be replacing this qualification, but centres are encouraged to look at our NVQ in Activity Leadership as an alternative which can be delivered in a football context.

The Coaching, Teaching and Instructing Level 2 NVQ in the context of Association Football is suitable for coaches, teachers and instructors whose primary purpose is to bring about consistent improvements in participants' performance. They will be capable of planning, delivering and evaluating sessions in the context of Association Football. To achieve the full award, candidates must complete five units.
