The Business Skills suite of qualifications has been refreshed; consisting of units and qualifications at Levels 1, 2 and 3 of the Qualifications and Credit Framework (QCF). The units are taken from a number of cross cutting areas (such as Business, Administration and Customer Service) and contain some of our own QCF Text Processing (Business Professional) units as optional credits.  This flexible qualification structure can be tailored to individual needs.
