Claiming the OCR Customer Service Knowledge Certificate

The certificates for these qualifications are no longer automatically generated. In order to claim the certificate, you will need to make a claim on interchange and then send a copy of the unit certificates to your allocated moderator.

The OCR Certificates in Customer Service Knowledge (04522 and 04523) form the technical certificate requirement for the Customer Service Apprenticeship Framework. They directly replace the OCR VRQ Customer Service Certificates (05941 and 05942). Approved by QCA as Technical Certificates for the customer service sector, the new qualification is at Level 3 of the National Qualifications Framework.
