This qualification is for those working in a Leadership role within the sector in England. The qualification is open to learners aged 19+ without prior learning or achievement of other qualifications. It is best suited to those who are already working in a management role working with children and/or young people in a care setting; or those that are responsible for planning services, measuring performance and delivering continuous improvement in care services for children and/or young people.
