The qualification is about the safe and efficient receipt, movement, storage, handling and dispatch of goods in a warehousing and logistics environment. Candidates should have a degree of autonomy and be working at a supervisory or team-leading level of responsibility within Logistics Operations. Candidates who are taking this qualification as part of an apprenticeship, will also need to complete the Employee Rights and Responsibilities in the Logistics Industry Level 2 Award.
