This qualification forms part of a suite of Retail Knowledge qualifications.  The qualification is vocationally-related and credit-based, designed to expand general knowledge and understanding of the retail sector.  Whether candidates are already employed within the retail field, or are looking at retail as a future career path, the qualification will provide essential knowledge and understanding in all generic areas.
