OCR Employability Skills qualifications (Ready Steady Work suite) gives learners the confidence, skills, knowledge and understanding to enter or return to the workplace. This qualification is aimed at: young people, aged 14-19 in full time education; students following vocational training programmes; and, adult returners seeking to re-enter the workplace.
