This qualification is appropriate for those who, having achieved the Level 2 Certificate in Exercise and Fitness (or comparable industry award), wish to progress to an advanced level in a gym context. The new qualification comprises 3 Mandatory units. This acts as a progression route from the OCR Level 2 Certificate in Teaching Exercise and Fitness and the OCR Level 2 NVQ in Instructing Exercise and Fitness.
